Ingredients Needed

Dry Ingredients

  1. 2 cups of gluten-free rolled oats
  2. ½ cup of hemp kernels (hemp seeds)
  3. 1 cup of roughly chopped almonds (you can also use nuts that you like)
  4. ½ cup of ground flax seeds (sunflower seeds will work equally well)
  5. 1 spoon of cinnamon powder
  6. And salt to taste

Wet Ingredients

  1. ½ cup of peanut butter
  2. 1 cup of honey
  3. ¼ cup of vegetable oil (non-flavored butter)
  4. 1 spoon of powdered extract
  5. 1 spoon of granulated brown sugar

Procedure

  1. Once you have gathered all the ingredients mentioned afore, start with the procedure stated below:
  2. In a bowl big enough, hand mix all the dry ingredients stated above.
  3. Take a small bowl to prepare a mix of the wet ingredients. Whisk the wet ingredients properly using a blender.
